ADS designed, supplied, installed and commissioned the smoke ventilation system at the Echo 24 development on the banks of the river Wear in Sunderland.
Our system comprises of natural smoke shafts with dampers, louvred ventilators and full control systems. We also provided numerous chain actuators fitted to the curtain walling to provide head of stairs AOV's along with smoke clearance to atrium areas.
