Environmental Ventilation

ADS designed, supplied and installed the natural ventilation system at the Quadram Institute in Norwich.

In the main Atrium area, there is a large ETFE rooflight system, and ADS provided the natural ventilation dampers to the rooflight upstands. 

Over 60 individual dampers run along each side of the roof-lights and comprise of a uPVC damper system with 24v motors, an external louvre system with removable access panels for maintenance from the roof level and an internal aluminium grille. ADS also provided the insulated panels on each of the gable ends, along with interfaces for the electrical wiring and the air supply for the ETFE rooflight system.
