Solar Shading

At the new Center Parcs Development in Woburn Forest, Bedfordshire; ADS were contracted to the main contractor to provide the Timber Brise Soleil, Architectural Louvres and Canopies. 

There were numerous systems used throughout the scheme, but the main feature of this installation for ADS was the 'Kiln Dried' Western Red Cedar Brise Soleil to the main village area and the Aqua Sana privacy screens. ADS provided the vertical timber supports along with the horizontal blades to create a striking facade system.

ADS provided the first fix brackets, support mullions, tie rods and all Western Red Cedar components. We installed this equipment in facetted construction, 90 degree corners and numerous different interfaces.
