Architectural Louvres

ADS have supplied, designed and installed continuous louvres for Brindley House in Birmingham.

This building was originally the old Birmingham Telephone Exchange building, and it is located directly beside the iconic BT Tower. Part of the refurbishment of the scheme included re-cladding the whole of the original Brutalist Concrete facade with new glazing, render, cladding and louvre systems.

This installation includes both our 95 & 75mm pitch louvre systems that fix back to numerous different applications. ADS installed our tallest louvre on this project which was 8m wide and a staggering 50m high. The louvre had to be installed from a window cleaning gantry suspended from the roof level.
