Environmental Ventilation
Bunnyhill Centre is a Primary Care Centre in the North of Sunderland. ADS worked with the Architect, Consulants, M&E & Main Contractor on this project to provide a natural / environmental ventilation scheme for the whole building.
ADS used a mixture of architectural louvres, chain actuators onto the windows, internal grilles and ductwork for inlet air into the buiding. Builders work shafts were also constructed to take the inlet air throughout the building and then terminate onto roof terminals. These terminals consisted of a louvred turret with insulated dampers to regulate the airflow througout the building.
A control philosophy was then determined and ADS provided control panels, switches and commissioned / demonstrated the system to our client and the end user.
