New Appointment - 28-06-2016

ADS Limited are delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Clare as Director from June 1st 2016.

Adam joined ADS Ltd in June 2005 shortly after leaving university as Trainee Estimator and through the years he has progressed to Sales Manager.

Adam and his team have been extremely successful in achieving excellent sales growth, last year doubling our best ever previous turnover, and working closely with all other teams across the company which has put ADS Ltd on a firm financial footing.

Adam also took on the responsibility of running the IT Department and was instrumental in bringing in new technologies and procedures as well as setting up the first ADS website. As part of expansion plans he played a fundamental part in finding new premises, doubling our previous capacity, designing the layout to allow for a more efficient operation and introducing new phone and IT systems to improve the level of service provided to our clients.

After setting up ADS Ltd in June 1993, I am looking forward to and planning ahead for my retirement. As part of my plans I will still connected to ADS Limited the next two years which will take me into my 25th Year.

Within these two years I will give Adam all the support he needs in his new role within the company, which will ultimately result in him being appointed as Managing Director of ADS Ltd with complete overall control of the company.

I can see only exciting times ahead for ADS Ltd and trust that under Adam's stewardship the next 25 years will be equally successful, and that the loyal commitment given to me over the years is now extended to Adam in his new exciting role.

Alan Clare.
